From The Desk of Tyler Dorsey

President of Frank Kern Media,

San Diego, CA

Dear Friend,

I'll tell you about the red notebook in a minute.

If you know what you have to offer is good but feeling held behind because is you can't do every marketing trick at once, this is for you.

You probably think you need to use every social media platform, and combine a dozen different strategies in order to be successful.

Here's what 9 years of building marketing processes with one of the best marketers in the word has taught me:

You just need to do a few things really well, and do them consistently.

The most successful businesses I've worked with didn't succeed by doing everything. They succeeded by doing the right things at the right time.

I know this because I've been in the trenches for the past 9 years.

and "doing more", chasing every new trick, trying to implement everything just leads to distraction, overwhelm and probably not very motivating work.

I've done everything from helping build the marketing for startups getting their first sale, up to million-dollar companies who want to go to the next level.

I can spot exactly what's holding a business back and, more importantly, what needs to happen next.

And you probably don't lack drive, motivation or ambition.

It's the path forward that feels unclear.

Every time you look for answers, you never get anything simple.

In fact you just get another "thing" you're missing out on.

That's hardly the case.

If you agree the most successful people are just extremely focused, I'm going to prove you right:

One client developed a 28,000 person list, just making blogs.

Another, has over a million combined followers, and makes videos once or twice a week.

They're not in on some secret strategy or tactic, they stay focused on what works.

On a more relatable level, I recently worked with someone who is so overwhelmed doing mostly "distracting" work (Endless planning and not executing)....

EXCEPT FOR ONE THING:

The one thing they were consistently executing weekly was writing a substack newsletter,

Every time they did it, they get 20 new followers on substack. Really specific niche.

They were totally overlooking that it is a consistent way they're building an audience.

They didn't realize, that they might be able to get more results, by doing that twice as often.

At some point they've everyone who I've worked with who's gotten success started by tested one thing, one at a time.

Then, found something that worked. Realistically and reliably.

Not some overnight celebrity discovery, just momentum.

They stuck with it, kept improving, and the momentum added up.

I want to help you obtain this discipline and consistency.

Because none of my clients were ever lazy or unskilled.

They were just caught in decision fatigue, misreading their own data, or stuck comparing themselves to louder people online.

So we slow it down and make progress visible, and the good things come.

This isn't something I want to do in a course.

I want to do it one-on-one.

And make you one of those red books I mentioned at the top.

Here's what a "RED BOOK" is and why it's the most important thing you will own.

A "Red Book", tells you what you need to do.

Like a prescription from a doctor, or those planners we had in elementary school.

And when you find yourself unmotivated, discouraged, or distracted, a red book is your compass back to the path that will keep you in momentum.

How to develop a red book:

I start by consulting you for 60-90 minutes using the SANDOR framework.

That stands for:

(S)tate your objective.

(A)ssets, so we know what we can work with.

(N)umbers (not the vanity metrics).

(D)iagnose real problems.

(O)ne clear step at a time you need to do .

(R)epeat this process.

This isn't some theory.

We used to charge five figures, just to do this exercise as a standalone consultation.

I'm just including this (free of course) as part of the process no extra cost.

And it works.

I even tested in on March 25th in a GROUP setting, where each person did this with me for only 10-15 minutes.

Here's what they had to say:

Sandor is the balance of not just the facts of your business and how to determine what is the next best step.

It's a psychological feedback loop, where you can find out why you overlooked things that worked, and how to return to momentum.

After that, we get to work writing your book, we communicate back and forth using a platform where we can direct message, develop new assets collaboratively, and save everything we work on.

This is an ongoing process, and when you're in it, your "Red Book" will look like:

• Custom accountability scorecards designed specifically for your business.

• Direct, unlimited access to me through our private chat.

• Video explanations and strategy on demand.

• Personalized templates and processes (never generic, always custom)

• Clear campaign flowcharts showing your exact next steps

• A private profile that becomes your business growth journal

• Accountability and reminders so you don't "go ghost"

Everything I make, gets saved in your personal archive. Which helps you when you look back and realize how little it takes to get the "big" stuff done.

You probably won't become an overnight internet sensation by doing this stuff.

But you'll learn the disciplines you need to have and actually have them by following this repetitive process.

Because it's designed for you, individually.

You're not wondering if you're missing crucial steps, or if you're doing something you don't need to be wasting time, energy and money on.

You have an experienced guide who can tell you when it's a "Not yet" or "Yes, now.".

Because of this, your attention will zero in on what you absolutely have to do.

(Which will save you energy to do those things, very, very well.)

You will change your relationship with growth through this approach. You'll be able to confidently quit second-guessing essential minimum actions.

The outcome of doing less will be better than you expect.

Oh and by the way, I'm keeping this super small.

That way I can work closely with everyone, providing direct guidance and custom solutions.

It's a one-to-one relationship.

I'm personally reviewing applications.

Our next enrollment period opens soon, and spaces are intentionally limited.

There is no price for this yet. We'll figure that out later.

But just a heads up, it's going to be more than $300.

If that's not going to work for you to get this clarity, I'm sincerely sorry it won't be a fit.

I'm just one human doing this one on one with you, and I'm not going to deliver something watered down to fit everyones budget.

If you get into the program, we work together for 30 days, and re-evaluate to decide if it's something that you want to continue with.

PS: The most successful members in this group share one crucial trait: they're willing to trust the process.

If this describes you, I look forward to working together.

Now, I want to be crystal clear: I can't promise specific monetary results.

I'm saying if you want to feel good about your direction, and the exact next step you need to take, then you'll probably not get burned out when stuff doesn't go exactly perfectly as planned. (Nothing ever does).

Heck, you might even get some results along the way.

I pressure tested this March 14th - 20th.

Here's some results from last week.

Susan, who somehow made a bunch of sales by running a recommended campaign, we talked less than one hour on a call:

I also did some "secret" live calls (that were not so secret). But we didn't heavily promote them and I just did consulting on the fly. Five people gave feedback after the call, here's what they said:

PPS: Still reading? That says something important about you. You recognize this moment for what it is - a turning point.

Usually people who reach this point, they usually take one of two paths:

The first path leads back to the hamster wheel. Back to chasing quick fixes and shiny thing. Back to adding more complexity to an already overwhelming process. Back to hoping the next marketing trend will be "the perfect secret you never knew existed".

The second path is trying something that you know is right even though it might be less exciting, and will require you to say no, more often, to the things that we know are distractions.

Thats when stuff gets better.

Let me be crystal clear about what working together really means:

You'll start with an intensive onboarding session that maps out exactly where you are and where you need to go. Not some generic "discovery call" - but a deep dive into what's working in your business (often more than you realize) and what needs to shift first.

Every custom worksheet, every campaign flowchart, every piece of content we develop together gets stored in your private profile. This becomes your living, breathing business growth timeline. it's all logged so you see your exact journey - past wins, desired outcome, and next steps. No guessing, no overwhelming task lists.

Think of our communication portal like having a direct line to your marketing architect. If that uncertain feeling arises, which it most definitely will I'm going to give you answers that keep you moving forward. This isn't about dependency - it's about removing the barriers between you and your next win.

If you go quiet, I'll check in.

The "trick" to momentum is never stopping, switching, then somehow catching up. You'll stay in motion, unless interrupted by some outside force. My goal isn't to just add pressure, I'm not going to ask you to do anything I wouldn't do myself - it's more like a partnership.

Here's what makes this approach different: You'll have a skilled architect who's built hundreds of successful structures. One that knows exactly which foundation needs to be laid before adding the next floor.

Most importantly, someone who can see the finished building while focusing on laying one brick at a time.

If you’re on the fence, I’d still love to hear from you.
